Job Title - Finance & Debt Administrator

Contract - Full Time & Permanent - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Office Based - Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR)

Salary - up to £25,000

One of the UK’s largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group, has an opportunity for a Finance & Debt Administrator, supporting the Debt Recovery Team Leader in providing efficient services to the Back Office Support Functions and Property Managers.

This is a permanent full-time office based opportunity, working Monday to Friday.

What are some of the things our Finance & Debt Administrator will be doing?

  • Plan, organise and schedule quarterly meetings with Property Managers to include a review of all debt on hold.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues escalated from the Property Managers further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findings.
  • Ensure all operational problems are rapidly analysed and resolved so there is minimum business impact.
  • Reporting to include identifying trends, potential problems and opportunities and propose and implement ways in which performance can be improved.
  • Liaise with and respond to queries and issues escalated from external Debt Collect solicitors, further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findings

What skills and experience will help you to be a successful Finance & Debt Administrator?

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, with a solid attention to detail
  • You'll be super organised and a confident problem solver
  • Great communicate skills, both written and verbal, with previous office admin experience
  • You’ll be confident using Microsoft (Outlook, Excel) to basic level; the ability to pick up new systems quickly is key!
  • GCSE Maths & English
