We are now seeking a Validation and Compliance Technician to join our client on this journey, ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our breakthrough climate tech solutions.
As a Validation and Compliance Technician, you will be responsible for all on-site testing of our advanced, fuel-flexible power systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance. This hands-on role will involve working closely with engineering teams to validate system functionality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Testing & validation
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing procedures to verify system performance and reliability.
- Conduct functional, endurance, and safety tests on electromechanical power
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing corrective
Health & safety compliance
- Ensure all testing procedures adhere to the latest health and safety
- Perform risk assessments and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Quality assurance & reporting
- Maintain meticulous records of test results, compliance reports, and validation
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to refine and enhance system
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential design or process
About you
You are a detail-oriented technician with a passion for precision and problem-solving. Your background in electromechanical systems, coupled with a strong understanding of health and safety, makes you a perfect fit for this role.
Essential skills & experience
- Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, or commissioning mechanical/electromechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to industrial testing
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical

Preferred skills & experience
- Experience in compliance testing for power systems, renewable energy, or related
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, CE marking, or other regulatory
- Gas Safe certification or similar safety qualifications
