The role involves providing exceptional reception and administrative support, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. 聽 聽 RESPONSIBILITIES 路Ensure the efficient operation of the front office is adhering to the business policies and providing a high level of service to clients and visitors. 路Accurately log and charge client services, including meeting room bookings, postage, and other services, ensuring correct billing. 路Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, franking, and posting mail, and accurately charging clients for these services. 路Maintain records of inventories, car park badges, fobs, meeting room usage, and keys, including key holder agreements for security and organisational purposes. 路Assist the Business Centre Manager with administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies and handling move-ins and move-outs for clients. 路Oversee end-of-month billing and debt control, ensuring all Centre finance administration is completed in line with procedures and business policies. 路Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained to high standards, including greeting visitors, managing switchboard calls, and ensuring cleanliness of communal areas. 路Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, managing complaints professionally, and adhering to the business standards and procedures. 路Support sales and marketing efforts, including conducting viewings, generating sales leads, and assisting with strategies to increase occupancy levels. 路Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security policies, assisting with evacuation drills and managing on-site incidents, while maintaining a professional demeanour in crisis situations. 路聽 聽 SKILLS REQUIRED 聽 ?
