Grafters Recruit Ltd are looking for a talented Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team within our Hoddesdon Office.

We are looking for someone with a background in recruitment who isn't afraid to get stuck in straight away.

Responsibilities:

Bringing in new business through networking and a strong sales approach
Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered to each client
Managing the process of putting candidates into jobs
Networking to build business information that can be converted into opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:

Transport and Logistics knowledge is desirable but not essential
Excellent time management and organisation skills
The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
