Grafters Recruit Ltd are looking for a talented Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team within our Hoddesdon Office.

We are looking for someone with a background in recruitment who isn't afraid to get stuck in straight away.

Responsibilities:
  • Bringing in new business through networking and a strong sales approach
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered to each client
  • Managing the process of putting candidates into jobs
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Transport and Logistics knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
