We are seeking an experienced Duty Supervisor to join our team at Nonna's, a busy restaurant in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
The role involves overseeing the restaurant in the manager's absence, managing cash, and creating staff rotas.
Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Italian is a plus; candidates must also have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid NI number and bank account.
Local residency or personal transportation is necessary due to late-night shifts, especially on weekends.

We are looking for that experienced person to join our Nonna's family, must be friendly, organised smart well presented person and be 21 years of age or over and ready to work in one of Hertfordshire's busiest restaurants located in Hoddesdon.

Duty Supervisor role will mean taking charge of the restaurant when the manager not on duty, cashing up end of the day, and the ability to handle the general public and plan staff rota's.

The successful candidate must have the right to work and hold a valid NI number and UK bank account.

English speaking and understanding is a must, Italian language is a bonus.

The candidate must live locally or have his/hers own transport as late nights are required, especially at weekends.
