100% office based

Our client isan award-winning commercial vehicle repair bodyshop.Workingwith all the major UK insurers and numerous blue chip businesses, the company is growing rapidly and looking to expand their team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join the organisation and drive that growth forward.

Weare looking for a strong and expereincedClientAccount Manager to work in the office in Hoddesdon. The hours are all office based, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (although this can be adjusted slightly to suit).

This role is a client facing roles, where you will have full responsibility for one key account. You willyou will have the responsibility of communicating regularly with this client to ensure that they are aware of the status of all repaors. You will need to be happy to be on the phone, and able to make accurate notes while you are talking.

You will run trackers and keep up to date byliaising with other teams in the business to chase up jobs and ask for progress reports. You will need to be happy to be tenacious, as well as being naturally organisnes.

This role would suit someone with excellent administrative skills, who is able to keep track of several pieces of work. You will need to prioritise and reprioritise during the working day. You will be a natural problem solver, with the ability to communicate calmly and assertively with people inside and outside of the organisation.

The ClientAccount Manager is the essential cog in the middle of the business that keeps everything moving!!

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Constantly add notes to the system to ensure that all parties are kept up to date
  • Construct, complete and update trackers
  • Make sure invoicing requirements for each job are listed clearly to make the accounts department aware of policy excess charges, VAT etc - working to resolve any invoicing problems.
  • Calling Work Providers and Engineers to gain Authorities so works can begin.
  • Calling insurers and Work Providers to resolve any issues and move jobs on where necessary.
  • Gain images for new jobs so that initial estimates can be made
  • Take incoming calls from Insurers, Customers and Work Providers to give job updates.
  • Be the main point of contact for your client, by creating and nurturing long term relationships. You will resolve any issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Respond to all relevant emails and deal with as soon as possible.
  • Report any issues to the Operations Team as soon as you become aware of them.

We are looking for someone who can work with autonomy, take ownership and give direction. You will be liasing with senior management as this is a key major account. There is progression available both within the role as it grows, and in the company, which is expanding rapidly.

Salary 30,000 to 32,000per annum
