Mental Health Support Worker - Salary to £24000 to £25.882

The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit a Mental Health Support Worker to join the team.

You will have your own responsibilities, and you will be expected to co-operate with other team members for the smooth running of the home. For each period of duty there is a Team Leader member of staff with overall responsibility for the work of all staff and for the home generally.

Experience and Skills: Mental Health Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will have responsibility for certain residents under the Keyworker Scheme.
You will establish a relationship as an equal with the resident concerned
Report areas of development or need to the Team Leader staff, participate in meetings related to resident care,
The Mental Health Support Worker will help prepare individual care plans and carry out reviews of progress

Support residents to experience and develop and maintain choices

You will have a calm, confident manner and a flexible approach
