Maternity Cover Teaching Assistant (TA) Position at a SEN School in Hoddesdon
October - June

Dunbar Education is pleased to be recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) on behalf of a dynamic and inclusive SEN School in Hoddesdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a maternity cover basis from October to June. If you are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and thrive in a nurturing environment, this role could be perfect for you!



What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, energetic individual who can build strong, meaningful relationships with children
  • Resilience and excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, adapting to the diverse needs of the children
  • Experience working with SEN students is highly beneficial


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the teaching and learning of children across KS1 and KS2
  • Assisting with day-to-day classroom activities and creating a positive learning environment
  • Working closely with teachers to tailor support for individual students' needs
  • Promoting the emotional and social development of the children
