As a Customer Experience Assistant (Receptionist), you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have the best experience at our clients innovative Centre. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers and their guests, making them feel welcome with your authentic enthusiasm and warm smile.

Our client, a leader in their facilities, is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join their dynamic team.

Do you like variety? Your responsibilities but not limited to.

  • Welcome all customers, visitors, and meeting room guests with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Manage keys and passes for customers, ensuring their activation and deactivation.
  • Handle all incoming questions and requests via phone, email, or at reception.
  • Book and record meeting room and event requests, arranging refreshments and support as needed.
  • Support the Centre Manager with event planning and hosting.
  • Monitor the meeting room agenda and act as a host for coffee mornings and external events.
  • Keep social media feeds and pages up to date with exciting news and engage with the centre's online community.
  • Update the organisation's website with the latest news and views.
  • Maintain and monitor consumables and stationery supplies.
  • Record any chargeable ad hoc services required by customers or their guests.
  • Provide support to customers with various tasks, from courier arrangements to office supply orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the community areas of the centre.
  • Assist customers with local area knowledge, recommending restaurants, bars, events, and more.
