Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Hoddesdon
Pay Rate: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
Hours: 7:30am to 4pm / Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
A Great opportunity has become available for an innovative sports brand who has been established for over 50 years and are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative who can work to efficient process methods and adapt to various roles to ensure the full supply chain run smoothly.
Our client within the Manufacturing industry is a fast-forward thinking business, who has ambitions plans for the future. The successful temporary worker may have the opportunity to progress onto a permanent position, dependant on workload and suitability for the role!
Job Description:
- Assisting with the unloading of the vehicles and the checking in of stock
- Picking items using the handheld scanner device
- Packing picked items for dispatch
- Replenishing stock using the handheld scanner device
- Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and or through a computer
- Stock counting and location checks
- Working alone or working as part of a team
- Committing towards business performance targets
