Berry Recruitment are recruiting for School Catering Assistant to work at a high school in Ramsbottom. These roles will be term-time on a ongoing temporary basis.
Hours of work will usually be Monday to Friday 12pm-3.15pm, with some flexibility depending on the school.
Candidates could work for 15-20 hours per week.
Candidates will ideally have previous kitchen experience, although this is not essential.
Duties will include:
- Light food prep
- Assisting the cooks
- Cleaning down the kitchen
- Pot wash
- Serving at the counter and using the till
Applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check before any work can be offered. These are at a cost of 48 but can be processed by Berry Recruitment as part of the registration process, unless you already hold one that is registered to the DBS Update Service
