The School and Role

This large, ‘Good’ primary school, based in Chesterfield are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in a year 3 class, Key Stage 2 on a full time basis. This school would require a post holder who has a clear understanding of the developmental stages of children in Key stages 2, the core subjects including the understanding of Phonics. The school has a real passion for supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds and would require a teacher who also has clear enthusiasm for the same visions.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team
