Overview:

Working in modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility; we now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

  • To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
  • Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
  • PPM's

The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

  • Time served apprentice trained or above
  • Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similar
  • An electrical understanding changing like for like parts and basic fault finding. Most of the faults are predominantly mechanical, however electrical skills can utilised if you are electrically biased.
