Type: Part-time, Temporary assignment to start 1st December until the end of March 2025
Working Hours: Availability to work between 9am - 7pm with flexibility at the weekend.
This position is Office based with hybrid working once trained
Rate of Pay: 13.00 - 13.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails related to bookings, memberships, and general inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently
