Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

Competitive salary 40,000 - 50,000 (DOE)

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Work on projects within the Residential sector
Create technical details using a mixture of AutoCAD / Revit
Creation of planning, building control and construction drawings
Opportunity to work on a range of new build and refurbishments
Attend site visits and client meetings
Run projects throughout a variety of RIBA stages
Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients
Assist junior members of the team
Lead a design / technical team

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

Live within a commutable distance to Huddersfield
Practical experience using either AutoCAD or Revit
5 years' + experience (UK based)
Residential experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of UK building regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
Motivated individual wanting to progress within the practice
Ability to work independently and within a team
