Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
- Work on projects within the Residential sector
- Create technical details using a mixture of AutoCAD / Revit
- Creation of planning, building control and construction drawings
- Opportunity to work on a range of new build and refurbishments
- Attend site visits and client meetings
- Run projects throughout a variety of RIBA stages
- Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients
- Assist junior members of the team
- Lead a design / technical team
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
- Live within a commutable distance to Huddersfield
- Practical experience using either AutoCAD or Revit
- 5 years' + experience (UK based)
- Residential experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of UK building regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
- Motivated individual wanting to progress within the practice
- Ability to work independently and within a team
