The role involves overseeing an accounts team of two and reporting to the senior leadership team.

What we are looking for

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong Excel skills
Experience managing a team

Main duties and responsibilities:

Oversee the production of accurate and timely month-end management accounts, KPIs, and management reports for the Group Financial Controller.
Collaborate with business heads and accounts payable to optimize working capital and cash generation.
Act as a business partner to divisional heads and the Managing Director, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Drive cost efficiencies and maximize EBITDA through resource planning, overhead control, and detailed margin analysis.
Prepare monthly divisional P&L and cash forecasts and lead the annual budgeting process.
Play a pivotal role in implementing and managing finance-related systems, including a new ERP system.
