Paying between 45,000 - 55,000 base salary plus package (company car/car allowance options)

About the Role:

As an Estimator, you'll be a crucial part of our creative process. You'll work closely with the talented designers to translate their vision into accurate cost estimates, ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate Costing: Prepare detailed estimates for a variety of interior projects, from residential renovations to commercial fit-outs.
Supplier Relationships: Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery.
Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore new materials and techniques to enhance our offerings.

Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior design industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
