We are proud to be to be working with a family run business with over 20 years’ experience in the leisure industry and a reputation for providing excellent customer service.

We are now looking to expand our team within Sales & Marketing and looking for someone eager to drive sales and forge relationships.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, resilient team player who is highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders and keen to succeed!

The main responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Exec role are:-

  • First point of contact for sales enquiries
  • Qualifying sales leads and following up with prospects
  • Providing a consistent "face" for the 1st line sales enquiries into the business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Understand product trends and strategise which products need pushing to market
  • Assist / deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Attend industry related events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential customers
  • This role will require some weekend work (Saturdays - time back in lieu through the week)

The ideal Sales & Marketing Exec would meet the following criteria:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (ideal not essential)
  • Proven experience in sales and understanding of the sales process
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
