Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies, promoting a respectful and safe atmosphere
  • Offer emotional and pastoral support to students, contributing to their overall well-being and personal development
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Support students during exams and assessments, helping to reduce anxiety and ensure they perform to the best of their abilities
