About the Project

The Box Encapsulation Plant (BEP) is at the heart of Sellafield's 100-year clean-up initiative. This critical facility will securely encapsulate nuclear waste in concrete, ensuring safe and efficient storage in modern facilities. As part of the BEP Joint Venture, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class plant that meets the needs of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and other stakeholders.

Pay rate: £22.40 PAYE or £25.77 UMB

Start date: 06/01/2025

Duration: August 2025

Weekly hours: 40

Monday to Friday

Site location: Building C0816, 1st Floor West, Vinci Building, Sellafield Complex, Seascale Cumbria, GBR, CA20 1PG

Role: Administration Support

We are looking for a motivated Timekeeping Administrator to support the accurate and timely processing of employee hours and records for 200+ staff. Your role will ensure smooth operations and compliance with the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Timekeeper in uploading timesheets/hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocations and adjustments by collecting and verifying allocation sheets.
  • Reconcile weekly hours worked/paid and follow up on missing supervisor approvals.
  • Confirm the correct booking codes on allocation sheets.
  • Maintain records of absence, sickness, and holidays.
  • Cross-reference allocation sheets with security gate clocking machine reports.
  • Process staff monthly overtime sheets.
