Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a prominent police organisation, is seeking a HR Case Management Advisor to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

As a HR Case Management Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing a first-class Human Resources service to our client's personnel. Your responsibilities will include managing HR cases, offering guidance on employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.

Key responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently manage and record HR cases within the HR Case Management System.Proactively identify HR issues and provide advice to address them effectively, supporting the overall effectiveness of the organisation.Provide specialist HR advice to line managers on complex cases, guiding them through HR processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.Attend relevant panels and committees to provide advice on ongoing cases.Collaborate with other departments as necessary to discuss case management and ensure effective communication.Support in the management of resourcing and retention issues, sickness absence management, employment relations issues, and other HR matters.Stay up to date with developments in HR policies and procedures and apply them across the organisation.Review and update HR policies and procedures as required to reflect current practises and changes in employment legislation.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyse performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.Provide advice to HR Connect colleagues on complex enquiries.Support other HR Case Management Advisors in their absence.Continually review and develop processes to enhance the effectiveness of case management.

Qualifications and experience:

CIPD qualified, minimum Level 5 certification.Experience in case management within a complex and changing environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.Experience analysing HR data to inform management reporting.Drive for continuous improvement.Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
