The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Mechanicseal Plant & Equipment Manager to join a world-leading, nuclear defence client based out of Sellafield, Cumbria.

Job Overview:

The Box Encapsulation Plant project is one of the most important construction projects at the Sellafield Site, the plant will play a vital role in Sellafield's 100-year clean-up programme by taking nuclear waste recovered from the sites original wasteplants and encasing it in concrete so it can be stored in a modern building.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Promoting site HSEQS initiatives
  • Responsible for HS&E in line with RACI Matrix
  • Management of day to day Mechanical discipline (Productivity, Quality and Delivery)
  • Review of risk register
  • Coordination and monitoring of scope
  • Managing production of AS Built records
  • ObtaindesigninformationfromDeliveryTeamandSub- contractors

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experiencedinseniorconstructionmanagementroles, working as part of a joint venture integrated team on large- scale projects covering all disciplines.
  • Experience of working on a Nuclear licensed site would be preferred
