As a Technology Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students with your passion for Technology. You will play a vital role in enhancing students' scientific knowledge, fostering a love for discovery, and preparing them for future scientific endeavors.
Requirements:
· Hold a recognised teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a specialisation in Technology or a related discipline.
· Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for Technology, instilling a love for learning in students and helping them reach their full potential.
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
· Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring adherence to all safeguarding procedures and background checks.
Responsibilities:
· Utilise your expertise to create personalised learning plans for students with educational needs.
· Collaborate with educational psychologists and speech therapists to develop comprehensive support strategies.
· Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive environment where students feel valued and supported.
· Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods and resources to meet individual needs.
