The Role: We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to join our team. This is a critical position responsible for overseeing our warehouse operations, managing inventory, and leading a dedicated team. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Man-Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity and morale remain high.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe processes are in place.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock management processes.
  • Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods, working closely with other departments to meet production deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
