- Perform routine maintenance and promptly report any machine issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Requirements:
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings and nights are mandatory).
- Previous experience as a machine operator or similar role (experience in aerospace manufacturing is desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
