Our client is looking for an Interim Compliance Service Manager for 6- 12 months for a company based in Redditch. We are looking for someone from a clinical/ healthcare/ care background to deal with the audit and compliance as well as some day-to-day operations.

The Compliance Service Managers Day to day duties include: -
Overseeing daily operations for clinical services
Ensuring efficient resource allocation (staff, equipment and facilities)
Managing the administrative functions of the department including scheduling, budgeting and logistics
Monitoring spending, identifying cost saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Strategic planning and aligning departmental goals with the broader objectives.
Providing support, training and development opportunities for staff
Ensuring that the services provided meet or exceed clinical standards focusing on patient outcomes, experience and safety.
Ensuring that the department complies with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and ethical guidelines.

The successful Compliance Services Manager will have the following skills and experience: -
A deep understanding of healthcare services having ideally worked within healthcare, clinical or care background at a management level.
Financial Acumen- Budgeting, financial planning and resource management
Ability to address operational challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Strong communication skills to interact at all levels.
