An opening for a Process Leader at a Redditch based, Aerospace manufacturer. This role will be accountable for driving consistent standards, performance improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities;
- Responsible for Manufacturing areas, process streams'
- Managing and motivating process team leaders
- Managing operating budget
- Business planning
- Performance management
- Delivery metrics - OTIF, Arrears reduction, Business unit costs and revenue output
- Working with COA's providing accurate feedback to customers
- NPI in line with project management policy
The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge leading a large-scale industrial operation and HN qualification (preferred, but not essential if relevant experience demonstrated).
