Your responsibilities as a Service Controller will include-

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites.
• Monitor the progress of service activities and ensure timely completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job logs, work orders, and service reports.
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment.

Experience essential for the Service Controller role -

• Experience working as a Service Controller - will consider other industries

• Great communication skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to problem solve
