12-month Contract -Billings Administrator
Holt, upto £29,000 (Full Time)
Keeler Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with this prestigious organisation who are looking to appoint a Billings Administrator on a contract basis for 12 months, ideally for someone to join them by January 2024.
You will be joining a small finance team, reporting to Finance Director on a day-to-day basis, working onsite and full time hours.
The position will involve supporting with:
- Maintaining billings accounts and ensure all information is accurate
- Process any adjustments
- Reconciling to nominal ledger
- Reconciling month end
- Chase up overdue debts and creating aged debt reports
- Processing direct debits
- Reconcile leavers accounts
- Processing bank reconciliation
Ideal candidate must have current proven experience gained within a similar role, AAT Qualified or equivalent, knowledge of Xero/Sage/Ernie or similar accounting package.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this friendly and support team, on a full time basis, onsite parking (own transport is essential) and daily free lunch and 1 hour lunch break.
