Pure are currently recruiting for an Finance Assistant for an established business based in Halesworth.
The successful candidate willassist with the smooth and controlled running of the finance function through a variety of transactional, administrative, and analytical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses
- Managing customer claims processes
- Payroll checks, reconciliations, and analyses, HMRC payments
- Liaising with Shared Service Centre
- Master data set-up
- Posting journals and general ledger reconciliations
- Raising miscellaneous invoices and credits
- Other ad hoc duties
This is an ideal opportunity for an active AAT studier or candidate with recent finance experience. Working in an accounts function there is support, training and development opportunities within this position.
