Duties & Responsibilities

• Build strong, proactive relationships with clients and provide support and recommendations.
• Lead projects that deliver measurable value and return on investment.
• Manage and negotiate contract renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to retain and expand revenue streams.
• Oversee the timely completion of calls, audits, and reviews for clients.

What Experience is Required

• At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing B2B role.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive successful projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
