We have a fantastic opportunity based in Alton Hampshire, within the heart of our Hire team at Conquip Engineering Group. If you have a great attention to detail, a customer centric approach and want to feel like your making a real impact on the day to day operations within the group, then please apply directly for immediate consideration.

This is a permanent position, working the hours of 7.30 - 5pm, Monday to Friday, within our HQ in Alton Hampshire. 

 

Main Purpose of the Role

To ensure customer expectations are met through the management, distribution, and maintenance of the hire fleet. Working closely with the Operations Team to achieve all orders being dispatched on time and in full.

 

Your Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1. Process and answer all the hire desk queries.

2. Provide customers with the appropriate levels of support through the hire journey.

3. Deal with the hire desk processes & queries.

4. Ensuring all delivery dates are met and notify the Transport team immediately if there are any changes/problems.

5. Efficiently manage all the following tasks:

  • Scheduling in of large deliveries
  • Processing all Off hires requests
  • Liaising with customer for all off hire requests and booking details
  • Follow up on all FOC hires to maintain the 1-week trial.
  • Goods in for all off hire stock following inspections from Depots.
  • Communication with Operation Teams for lead times and stock questions.
  • Handle queries from customers, warehouse, yard, and transport.
  • Liaison with Transport for all site bookings.

6. Actively looking for ways to ‘wow’ the customer

  • Genuine care for the customer.
  • Attention to detail.

 

KPI’s

• Orders and work-flow processed seamlessly.

• Customer satisfaction through the company NPS score.

• Delivery in full on time. Ensure the order is with the Transport Team in a timely manner to ensure we can meet the customers’ expectations.

• Solution providing for the team and customer

• Maintain a positive image to the customer of the Conquip brand.
