Since their establishment nearly 40 years ago, they have been one of the quickest growing companies in the UK.This role starts with initially managing a new £13 million newbuild residential site in Holyhead, working alongside the contracts manager overseeing the project from start to finish, giving you real ownership of the project. You will be on site in Holyhead daily. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is progressing to time and budget constraints.This role would suit a Project Manager from a Construction background looking for a stable role which will offer you bonuses, car allowance and autonomy to run the site to your standards.The Role

  • Managing a residential new build project from conception to completion.
  • Ensure efficiency and project alignment of timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • 7:45am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 4:00pm on Fridays.

The Person

  • Project Manager from a construction background.
  • Experience overseeing projects from cradle to grave.
  • Commutable to Holyhead.
