Berry Recruitment are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our client based in Watford.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, supplier reconciliations, and handling invoice processing within Oracle. A basic DBS check is required for this position.

Pay Rate: 15.84 per hour
Location:
Hybrid (1 day per week in the Watford office)
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Type:
Temporary (3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Payable records using Oracle.
  • Manage supplier reconciliations and purchase ledger administration.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, financial statements, and audit procedures.
  • Maintain operational files, such as invoice batches and shipping orders.
  • Use Microsoft Excel efficiently, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Oracle in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to work well both remotely and independently.
  • Must hold a valid Basic DBS check.
