Right now were on a quest to find a chef de partie to join our new team at the White Lion country public house. The pub is newly renovated to a highstandard and is located within a small hamlet not far from the seaside resort of Prestatyn.

The ideal person will have bags of energy and enjoy working as part of our team with enthusiasm and menu ideas to help the Head chef. Ideally have their food Hygiene level 2 This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with local produce at its best to produce well thought out menus from scratch.
