As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in the culinary success of the new resort, creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
- Design and develop creative and innovative menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and work within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or cook
- Culinary qualifications
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
