Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (with every other Saturday 09:30 - 15:30)

Our client is a family-run business based in Watford, known as a leading supplier of luxurious natural stone products. Specialising in high-end stone for bathroom interiors and other bespoke applications, they are committed to providing top-quality products with exceptional customer service.
They are now seeking a skilled CNC Operator with experience working with natural stone to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with quality materials and wants to be part of a well-established, growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to shape and cut natural stone for luxury bathroom designs and other stone-based applications.
- Perform a 50/50 split between working with stone materials and running the CNC machine.
- Ensure high-quality, precise cuts and finishes are achieved on all products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on the CNC machine when required.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all orders are completed to specification and on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with natural stone is essential.
- Hands-on experience operating CNC machines (stone CNC experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
