Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator for an immediate start in Watford. This is a full-time, temporary role with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.00. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating CNC machinery and be able to work efficiently within a team to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.)
- Load and unload materials for machining
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and operating procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
