Based – Holywell 
Salary – £14-25 P/h
Our client is a busy manufacturing company and due to an increase in production they are seeking a Time - Served Turner / Machinist.
 • The position would suit preferably a timed served engineer• Machining/Turing of our clients own design new and replacement parts – (low volume batches).• Working to in house prepared drawing of components that are a wide spectrum of varied parts and assemblies.• Machinery within the facility that the candidate would be required to operate includes, Reciprocal saw, Milling machine, CNC lathes, Pillar drill, radial drill.• Parts are made from Bright Steel bar, Steel Tube, including Iron, and steel cast components • Assembly of some parts is required, e.g. screw conveyors – (stub ends and steel flights to tube)• The basic skill of welding would be an advantage  • Working hrs – Monday to Thursday 8-00am to 4-30 pm, Friday 8-00am to 1-00pm• Moring and afternoon breaks are taken, also 12-00 to 12-30 lunch break. (Monday to Thursday) Friday lunch is not taken, unless overtime is worked Friday afternoon, then 4-00pm finish on Friday.• Holidays are 30 days per year, (including bank holidays)• Pension plan is available to join after initial 3 months trial.• Starting Hourly Rate = £14-25 P/h overtime is regularly worked Monday to Friday and paid at x 1.33 of the basic pay.• Holiday pay is calculated and paid on an average of the past 16 weeks.
