Location - Holywell, Hertfordshire

Salary - £70,000 to £120,000 depending on experience

Up Front Recruitment is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager / Projects Manager to work with a leading Groundworks and RC Frame specialist, on a permenant, full-time basis.

About the Company:
Join a growing, groundworks and RC Frame contractor based in Hertfordshire. Established in the early 2000s, this company has seen impressive year-on-year growth. They specialise in delivering groundworks and RC Frame packages across a variety of sectors.

The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee sites, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and for visiting sites on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple construction sites
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
Manage up and down - effectively communicate with senior leadership while managing site teams and relationships with contractors
Ensure smooth project delivery in line with drawings and specifications
Attend weekly office meetings and site visits
Maintain attention to detail and process adherenceRequirements:

Ideal Candidate:
Groundworks experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to site teams
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
A proven track record in managing construction projects
