This is an afternoon/evening technical support role operating within the hours of 2pm to 11pm Tuesday to Saturday.  After an initial 3 month training period in their Watford office, the position can be performed remotely.
Initially supporting a handful of clients You will be required to liaise with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues. You will also provide customer support to our internal and external teams.

Salary: £27,500, with a review after 6 months. Regular performance reviews and 1-2-1 support help achieve targets.

Experience: Customer service or Network background is beneficial. An interest in computers, consumer electronics, or networking, and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive, energetic approach is essential.

  • Handling customer support requests via various channels
  • Proactive investigation and resolution of issues
  • Liaising with mobile network providers
  • Supporting internal & external teams

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong diagnostic and support skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with mobile telecommunications
  • Foreign language skills (Dutch/French/Swedish)
  • Customer service qualification
