The Quality Manager will be responsible for the company’s quality function, ensuring products and services reach all requirements ready for the consumer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager who has a strong background within manufacturing to join a forward-thinking business that offers a fantastic package.
The Package -
- Basic salary up to £45,000
- Annual bonus of 10%
- Sociable working hours (Monday - Thursday 08:15 - 17:00 and Friday 08:15 - 13:00)

Quality Manager Responsibilities -
- Ensuring overall compliance of systems: ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ATEX, PED, ISPM15 and PAS99 and being the main point of contact with external bodies for these standards.
- Responsible for internal and external audits.
- Maximising company profitability through quality assurance and always looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Creating and reviewing product & process specifications, setting up supplier requirements and monitoring compliance.
- Carrying out quality checks and signing off final products.
- Supervising staff and working with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and feedback.
Quality Manager Requirements -
- Degree/qualified by experience within a technical discipline/similar role.
- ISO 9001 within manufacturing experience is essential.
- Project management skills would be advantageous.
- Computer confident with experience of ERP systems.
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to work well independently and with all levels of the business.
