Responsibilities - Retail Merchandiser
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of all designated departments.
- Following planograms to ensure all products are displayed correctly.
- Working back stock, deliveries, and new lines to the shop floor.
- Completing intricate tasks within a timely manner.
- Always role model exceptional customer service in store, engaging in communication with store management teams to build strong relationships.
- Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a fast, positive, and professional manner.
- Merchandising products including but not limited to; clothing; cosmetics; clip strips; haberdashery; media and greetings cards.
- Completion of any other ad-hoc duties which could include building cardboard shippers in store.
- Flexibility is key to the role as during busy periods such as during Christmas, Easter, and summer months you will be asked to cover extra shifts. This may also include holiday/sickness cover for other local stores.
