I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Senior Design Manager to join their team. Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment. This opportunity involves the build of a new build 100M hospital in Watford.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record of working and providing support with a main contractor on major projects.
The ideal candidate for a Senior Design Manager
- 2-stage/PCSA experience
- Civil/structural/faade design experience
- Architecture or construction degree
