My client are a well-established, family owned residential developer and main contractor delivering innovative projects across the North Wales and North West areas.

They have formed an excellent reputation for creating top-tier residential developments and are known for their exceptional quality and distinction.

They are now looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Proficiently handle various contract forms, including JCT D&B, management contracting, and NEC, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
  • Effectively manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, payment applications, and dispute resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.
