They differentiate themselves by concentrating on value-added services that mainly involve their development team in building faster and dynamic solutions for customers and in-house software.
They are looking for individuals who pride themselves on writing clean code and they have pluralsight subscriptions so you have the freedom to improve and learn more in your time.
This is definitely not a role where you will get pigeon-holed due to the amount of projects you can gain exposure to. They are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and bounce ideas off each other, so team fit is very important to them, you will also have the freedom to introduce new ideas and use your initiative.
