Here you would be working with a leading Financial Planning firm, that might be able to improve things for you.

A great degree of flexibility is on offer here, as well as study support towards qualifications such as level 4 DipFA or DipPFS.

The firm is expanding, with opportunities available to progress to a more senior role, or work towards becoming a Trainee Financial Advisor if you wish.

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial planning services.

You will be the backbone of the team, providing essential administrative support and maintaining high standards of compliance and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Process New Business Applications: Handle all aspects of new business applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Client Review Packs and Valuations: Prepare comprehensive client review packs and obtain necessary valuations to support financial planners
  • Liaise with Product Providers: Act as the main point of contact with product providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Client and Advisor Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients and advisors, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service
  • Update Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Produce Reports: Generate detailed reports to support financial planners in their advisory roles

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Financial Planning firm, Bank, or provider of Pensions and Investments
  • You will need experience with products such as Pensions or Investments
  • Proficiency in using Intelliflo or similar financial planning software
