Group Sponsorship Sales Manager (Hybrid Position)
Hybrid set up: 2 days a week working from home. The rest of the week is a combination of being office based and visiting clients and attending networking events.
Office Location: Holywood / Belfast
Salary: 34,000 - 36,000 plus OTE of 50,000+. Hybrid + benefits

As part of their on-going commitment to innovation and development, they are looking for a Group Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their forward-thinking team and drive the success of the business. This is a no-limits no-restrictions role, where you will be given full autonomy, working alongside a supportive line manager and team.
Size of company: 20+ in the NI office.

In this role you will:
- Generate digital, print and sponsorship revenues for all brands.
- Be responsible for the annual group sponsorship budgets.
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Identify and develop new business from the core target market as well as new business sectors.
- Build relationships and develop existing client base.
- Prepare high quality proposals and client correspondence.
- Be a create thinker and be able to generate new business ideas.
- Develop and deliver quality presentations to clients.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Group business.
- Have a finger on the pulse of developments in media and commercial advertising sectors plus the wider business marketplace.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in media or sponsorship sales or a similar direct sales environment.
- Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
- Proven experience of prospecting and delivering new business.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
- Be target driven, a self-starter, proactive, creative, good at building relationships and passionate about selling sponsorships for a leading media company.
